What is Kustomable?

Kustomable is a platform for personalized custom goods with designs made by you, independent artists and designers.

Orders

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Once your order has been finalized through the checkout process, the order or products cannot be modified. However, you can cancel your current order and re-submit a new order with the modifications, as long as the order is still in 'Awaiting for Payment' or 'Pending' status.

Will you send me an email to confirm my order?

Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, we will send you an email with your order details summary.

How long does it take to process and create my Kustomable product?

As soon as we received your confirmed order, our production team will begin processing your order. Most orders can be shipped within 48-72 hours (not including weekend).

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and (Indonesian) Bank Transfer. If you are paying via Bank Transfer, please complete your payment within 2x24 hours or your order may be cancelled. Please send us payment confirmation via Order History or email to billing@kustomable.com.

How do I know my payment is secure?

Your credit cards payment is processed by Veritrans payment gateway using the latest industry standards. We do not keep your credit card information with us at anytime.

Shipping

Where is my order?

Once we have confirmed your order, our production team will begin processing and creating your order. You can check the status of your order via Order History. Most orders can be shipped within 48-72 hours of confirmation.

What is your shipping rates?

For now we offer shipping via JNE Regular. We will add more shipping options in the near future.

What's your return policy?

We're 100% committed to make you happy. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and email us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at hello@kustomable.com within 10 days from receiving order. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Do you ship internationally?

For now we only ship domestically in Indonesia.

Why Kustomable?

Kustomable is your one-stop-shop to create and purchase personalized custom products.

    We make it easy for you to customize your products. You can upload images directly from your computer or social media accounts, and customize it in an infinite number of ways.
  • Unlimited colors
    All of our products are printed digitally for maximum photo-quality vivid effect. There's no limit to the number of colors you can use.
  • Fast shipping
    As soon as you place your order, our production team will begin processing your order. Most orders can be shipped within 48 hours.

How do I customize my product?

There are two ways to customize and make your product:

  1. Choose a design by artist / designer
    1. Choose a design you like
    2. Customize the design by putting your name, initials or image. Anything you can think of.
    3. Place order

    1. Choose a product you want to make
    2. Upload your design using Kustomizer
    3. Place order

How do I know what's the required image resolution?

In order to deliver high quality products, we recommend using high quality images. The warning is to let you know the uploaded photo/image is below the recommended resolution and therefore the quality may not be optimal for printing.

What content is acceptable?

Anything is accepted, except the following contents:

  • No text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights
  • No text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity
  • No text or images that encourage drug use/abuse
  • No excessive violence
  • No content that is defamatory
  • No hate speech
  • No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or disability

Kustomable reserves the right to have the products cancelled and removed without notice should the content violate these regulations.

How do I create a product template?

What are the benefits of selling at Kustomable?

  • Upload and sell your artworks on our products for FREE
  • You get artist preferred pricing for our products
  • We take care of production, shipping and billing
  • Set you own royalty rates between 0% to 100%

How do I open a shop?

It's FREE to open a shop. However due to the limited resources we have, for now it's invitation only for artists and designers. If you're interested, please email us at hello@kustomable.com with your portfolio and social media account links or you can use this form.

How do I post a product for sale?

Once you have created your product and are ready to sell, simply click [shop icon] on the Kustomizer screen and fill in your artwork details.

Understanding royalty

You are free to choose any royalty rate between 0% to 100%, and we'll increase the product price to pay you that royalty.

How do I get paid?

Each month-long earnings cycle is followed by 30 days of clearance period before payment of accrued earnings can take place. After the earnings have cleared the system, they are queued for processing and are dispersed within the next 10 days.

The default and lowest payment threshold is IDR 100.000
